Horizontal rail
The horizontal rail is installed on the roof walkway for improved safety. It makes moving on the roof with a rope easier when you don’t have to move the safety rope from one anchor point to the next one. It also makes working on the roof safer, because the rope length does not need to be adjusted constantly.
Technical information
- The length of the horizontal rail is 3 or 6 m, and it can be shortened or extended as necessary.
- The horizontal rail can be attached on the roof walkway or directly on the roof or wall using its own fixtures.
- The system may be used by one person at a time over a distance of six metres.
- The maximum weight of the user, incl. equipment, is 100 kg.
